3-phase Steelmaking ARC Furnace is mainly used for smelting furnace by the high temperature of electrode and arc. In the melting process, it can dislodge sulfer, phosphorus and other impurities so as to improve the quality of steel. It is easy to control tempreture of furnace with small footprint. It is mainly using to smelt steel, high-quality carbon steel, various alloy steel and other special steel.
1) Furnace lid unscrew,add material on the top of furnace, which can make use of two arrangements, overhead system and earth hole system based on the work condition.
2) Short Wire is using of conductive cross arm and cooled water with big section technology, proper layout and effectively decrease impedance and 3 phase unbalanced factor.
3) Furnace body is making use of the technology of fanace shell and cooled water furnace wall, to make changing furnace shell easily, and reduce the refractory consumption, lower the highth requirement of workshop and crane
4) Making use of cooled water furnace lid technology to extend its working life, and lower the requirement of workshop and crane.
5) Large and medium arc furnace is using four connecting rod to unscrew lid technology to reduce the displacement of cooled water wire, shorten wire, decrease impedance and electric loss and power consumption, small footprint.
6) Making use of the most advanced PLC electrode adjustor to make sure of precision and reliability of electrod system.
7) Large and Medium size furnace is using submerged melting technology, decrease electric loss and power consumption to improve the melting rate.
8) Arc furnace is using auxilible energy and reheating technology to improve melt rate, shorten melting circle and redcure energy consumption.
9) Hydraumatic system is using energy storage to keep steel tapping and lifting electrode during power cut and avoide serious economic loss. Electrod lifting system is using proportioning valve with fast response and good Sensitivity.
10) Electrode lifting line has non-conducting device to avoid fraturing of electrode.
11) High voltage switch cabinate can work in rainy climate with complete pretection measurement, and make sure the safty of transformer and worker.
