Introduction
ATO (antimony tin oxide) is a composite heat insulation media composed of antimony oxide and tin oxide. It possesses excellent optical properties, such as high VLT value, good NIR cutoff and excellent ability to absorb UV rays. ATO also has the advantage of high electric conductivity, no oxidation, no light reflection and no appearance change in a long period. It can be fabricated into solar window film by magnetic sputtering or coating technology. The ratio of Sb2O3 and SnO2 can be adjusted according to different application needs, and the ratio of In2O3 : SnO2 is usually 90:10.
