Introduction

  ATO solution is an oil-based heat insulation media solution with an ATO concentration in the scope of 10% to 40%. It is made by physical grinding and surface treatment from pure ATO. The solution is even, stable and compatible with transparent resin solution to produce nano coating or adhesive. ATO is able to be dispersed in many solvents such as ethyl acetoacetate, acetone, methylethylketone, toluene, dimethylbenzene, isopropyl alcohol, butyl acetoacetate, methylisobutylketone and so on. ATO solution can be applied to form different adhesive used in solar film processing, such as UV-cured adhesive of antiscratch layer, heat insulation adhesive of laminating layer, and pressure sensitive adhesive of mounting layer. Nano ATO solution can forms high-quality solar film with outstanding optical properties, which includes high VLT value, strong NIR cutoff and excellent ability to absorb UV rays.

The product should be added by demands and mixed with a stirring speed of 500-1500rpm.

Storage
