Introduction

HZ serial heat insulation and antifog film is produced by 2ply processing technology. It is consequently consisted with anti-abrasion and antifog layer, 1^st PET layer, laminating layer, 2^nd PET layer, mounting layer and protection layer. The as prepared heat insulation film has outstanding optical properties such as high VLT value, excellent UV cutoff and good IR rejected ratio. Highly tough PET film is adopted as substrate membrane of heat insulation film, which endows it high physical properties such as high mechanical strength, great resistance to high or low temperature and so on. The heat insulation film has got a strong self-adhesive layer, so it is easily mounted onto glass substrate and able to be adhered to glass firmly and solidly. It has got excellent water resistance and is still antifog-effective after 24 hours immersion in water. The antifog film does not need electric supply and manual scrub, so it is a kind of energy-saving product without maintenance. It has got transmittance enhancement function with the value of 2% to 3%. The film is also a long lasting product and a guarantee period of 4 to 5 years is promised.

Installation

1. Spray rubbing alcohol and clean window glass.

2. Cut the film to the same size as window.

3. Heat the film to make sure that it can be firmly sticked.

4. Cut the edge of the rim charge.

5. Use soft rubber squeegee to get rid of bubbles and wrinkles.

5. Heat the film again to make sure the film sticks well
