Introduction
HZ-AF8899 antifog film is produced by 1ply processing technology. It is consisted with antifog and anti-abrasion layer, 1st PET layer, laminating layer, 2nd layer, mounting layer and release layer in sequence. PET film acquires anti-fog function by a hydrophilic antifog layer which is made by coating technology and used to change hydrophilic and hydrophobic state of PET membrane. The as prepared antifog film possesses good optical properties including excellent VLT value and high UV cutoff. Highly tough PET film is adopted as substrate membrane of antifog film, which endows antifog film outstanding physical properties such as high mechanical strength, good anti-abrasion property, great resistance to high or low temperature and so on. The antifog film has got a strong self-adhesive layer, so it is easily mounted onto glass substrate and able to be adhered to glass firmly and solidly.

Installation
1. Treat glass or mirror surface with alcohol until complete cleanness.
2. Make treated things wet with distilled water.
3. Tear off the protection layer of antifog film, and mount it onto glass or mirror.
4. Get rid of excessive water and bubble with squeegee slowly and carefully.
5. Keep treated films standing without any touch until complete dryness.
