1. Open the package, check whether the products are in good condition; If products are damaged , please
kindly keep the package and send details to our company timely; please don’t try to use the damaged products.
2. Voltage is AC100-240V, 50-60Hz,It will affect function and liftspan on the condtion that voltage is too high or
too low.
3. Do not install lamps inside combustible object. Any condition, lamps should not be covered by insulation
blanket or similar material and so on.
4. When install and replace tubes, must switch off power and insure all adapter connectors connected correctly
to make sure safety.
5. LED tubes without any dimming sticker, they can’t be used in dimmer place.
6. The applying locations of LED tube are indoor and waterproof place, they are IP20 and not used in outdoor
and in the rain.
7. When tubes work abnormally (extinguish, flashing), please check up the contacted properties of lamp holder
and lamp socket. And check if the power supply voltage is normal or not. If everything is normal, so you need to
replace new tubes.
8. Follow the user manual when you install LED tubes strictly. It is prohibited to use LED tubes before adjusting
old fixtures.
