Thickness	15-50mm
Face&Back	Face is laminated with HPL(high pressure laminate board), back can be laminated with melamine paper or HPL.
Surface treatment	Matt,textured or glossy
HPL thickness	0.5-1mm
Based board	Plain mdf,plain particle board,blockboard or plywood (both side well sanded)
Glue	A grade or as customers requirement
Edge design	Right angle,bullnose,half bullnose,bevel,double bevel,bevel bullnose,radious or double radious design.At the four sides of the countertop,it could be treated as:
	A:One side (front side) is post-formed ,the rest three sides are PVC edgings bonded.
	B:Two sides(front and its opposite)are post-formed,the rest two sides are  PVC edgings bonded.
	C: Four sides are  PVC edgings bonded.(right angle design)
