This machine is used for cooling of bakery products in an ambient temperature and act as a buffer storage between the oven and packaging machine. It used in proofing, cooling, freezing processes of the products such as bread, croissant, cakes, biscuits, sugar, milk etc.
Spiral conveyor system is used widely in many industry fields, especially in food processing field. Variable speed can meet the demands of different products.

Usage:
1. Cooling:
Two ways: Natural cooling and forced-air cooling.
Natural cooling way is just transfer the food to the belt and cool it with natural air, this way is a little slowly.
Forced-air cooling way is that, the tower equipped with a force-air system to make the food cool quickly. The powerful fans ensure an excellent air flow and heat exchange in short time. It can guarantee the food be cooled from high temperature to low temperature in short time, so the food can keep good quality and hygeian conditions. With this device, the cooling ability can improve 40% than the natural cooling way.
It is also possible to feed and discharge in any required position and at any height you want.
Belt convey can be bends, slopes or spirals.
2. Proofing
Proofing can keep the food’s natural taste and aroma. You need to build a sealed room and put an air-conditioner in it, then set the tempreture and humidity and the time, then convey it to the oven.
3. Freezing
It is used for processing packaged or bulk food products, The food products are conveyed on a belt conveyor and deep frozen in a freezing room, it can operating regularly under the tempreture of 40 degree below zero. It can be used for bread, pizza, dumplings and fresh vegetables, meet and fish, we can make proposal according to different request.
4. Pasteurization
This conveying system integrated with the pasteurizing line which mounts a convection heating system guaranteeing the product is heated in a uniform manner regardless of the moisture content. of programming product heating sequences at different temperatures or in separate rooms or in the same room but divided into compartments. This feature offers greater and precise control of heating times and temperature stabilisation guaranteeing the quality of the food product being processed.
