b. Machine Frame
Machine frame is formed by welding right and left column, oil tank, braces and other working pieces, working table is fastened under the left and right column.

c. Electrical System
Main electrical power: 380V, 50Hz, three phase, control power: 220V.
Main electrical circuit and all motors are applied automatic switch to protect short circuit and overload. Control loop is applied fuse to protect short circuit. The main machine components can be earthing reliably.

d. Hydraulic System
The hydraulic system is made up of motor, oil pump, valve group, oil tank, oil pipe and hydraulic units. The maximum working pressure of hydraulic system is 20MPa, and it's set through the valve in major loop. The hydraulic valve is selected Haimen Hydraulic Valve, all sealing parts are applied Nippon VALQUA.

e. Technology and Process
1.The machine is applied hydraulic integrated valve blocks, with compact structure. Reduction of pipe connection improves system reliability and maintenance.
2.The bending machine is used parallel cylinder. To guarantee the precise position in lower dead point, the mechanical block mechanism is set inside the cylinder and adjusted by electrical motor. The synchronization of slider during traveling is applied mechanical synchronous mechanism, which is with simple structure, reliable and steady, and easy for maintenance.  
3.The slider stroke is infinitely variable controlled.
4. The dies of bending machine is alloy steel which is forged, milled and heat treated. The upper die is connected with short dies and then formed into complete long die, with high precision and good interchangeability, as well as easy to load and unload.
