1.Polished Rod Feature:
Polished Rod with an optimal surface finishing to ensure an appropriate sealing in the stuffing box.
One end diameter enlarged polished rod and high-strength, long stroke, corrosion resistant polished rod are available. All the polished rods are made of quality alloy steel and machined by using the advanced machining technology with high strength, smooth surface and long service life. All types of the polished rods are API and ISO9002 certified. The tensile strength exceeds 1, 000 MPa (145, 000psi). 

Our sucker rods are manufactured from hot rolled alloy steel bars like AISI 4142, AISI4XX, Chrome-Moly Alloy (20CrMo or 30CrMo) . Bar and sucker rod dimensions and tolerances conform to API Spec 11B, latest edition. All bars are straightened and Eddy Current inspected for surface defects. Both ends are upset by automated high speed hot forging. Bars are full length normalized to relive residual stresses, air-quenched, and tempered to refine and homogenize grain structure, and surface shot-cleaned to remove any remaining heat treat scale.

We also provide the rod accessories like polish rods, sinker bars, rod couplings, pony rods. Sucker Rods & Polished Rod Couplings Box by box API type T or spray metal couplings are available in pin sizes 5/8 through 1 1/8 in full size or slim-hole diameters. Sub couplings are available for connecting polished rods or tapered rod strings.
