Special Features: 

1. Adopt steel tracks, rubber tracks or steel tracks and block rubber. 
2. The track motor can be fixed displacement or variable displacement concealed planetary gearbox and hydraulic motor, such as Nabtesco (Japen), Brevini (Italia). If you need, we can also provide track motor made by our own factory. 
3. The beam is made of Q345B with high loading capacity. 
4. It can also be designed and manufactured on customers' request. 
5. It is widely applied in all kinds of large drilling rig, excavator, paver, Aerial Working Platform and construction engineering machines. 

 

 

 

Kemer designed fixed undercarriages in these main typical configuration:

· With beam

· X frame (Excavator type)

·  H frame with removable side frames
 

Fixed undercarriages with cross beam are suitable for a wide range of application. X frames undercarriages are usually designed for excavator and represent the best balance between lightness and torsional rigidity of the steel structure.

Undercarriages with central frame can be designed complete with hydraulic swivel joint and hydraulic connection to the motors, slewing ring and more optional.
With the H frame undercarriages is possible to design a removable side frames undercarriage, in order to limit weight and dimension during the journey to the field.
