It is a single-component, neutral-cure elastomeric silicone sealant for general use. This material cures to a durable, flexible silicone rubber upon exposure to atmospheric moisture. It is used as general adhesive and sealant, suitable for fixing window and door frames, siding and trim. It can be also used as sealing, bonding and repairing the joints of building substrates.
