1. Introduction
This series machines are widely used for tensile, compression, bending and shearing test for metal materials and also used for compression and bending test of non-metal materials, like cement and concrete materials. With special accessory, it can also be used for mechanical property test of fastener, steel wire rope and components .The machine is calibrated according to ISO 75001 and ASTM E4. It can do many different kinds of test according to different standards, ISO6892, ISO7438, ASTM A370, ASTM E8 and BS EN standards. It has 300kN, 600kN, 1000kN and 2000kN load capacity.
2. Advantage of Worm gear and worm wheel:
The adjustment of the testing space (up and down of the crossbeam) is drive by an electric motor. It adopts worm gear and worm wheel structure; there is no need to rotate the screw when adjusting testing space. The complete separation between transmitting system and positioning system ensures the coaxiality of the up and down jaws. 
It’s superior to the chain type transmitting structure UTM.

5. Features
²        Control type: computer controlled servo hydraulic universal testing machine. The space adjusting, & test processes could be controlled by the software and the test result could be transferred to the software in the computer for further analysis. It is the most advanced series in hydraulic universal testing machines.
²        Load measurement: high-precision oil pressure sensor, high-precision oil tank piston; they ensure the high precision and high reliability.
