Working Principle
The most Important part--- Vibration Core Rod, it is assembled in the center of the inner mould. The Core Rod will produce the high frequency Vibration force by rotating at fast speed. The force will be passing from inner mould, vibrating ring to outer mould. The high frequency vibration force and the Head presser working force will make the concrete liquid and discharge the air. Then the concrete will become solid and density to form the standard quality pipe.
Great Capacity
the vibration frequency, amplitude and force can be adjusted freely to satisfy the production of various diameter pipe, (600-3600mm in one machine), also the box culverts, manholes, and those not standard pipe. Besides, one machine is capable to produce the flat joint, flush joint and bell joint pipe, also the Jacking pipe and HDPE-lined pipe.
