Overview
The wet ball miller grinding machine is the key equipment for material grinding after they are crushed. Mill widely used in cement, Portland products, new building materials, refractory material, chemical fertilizer, black and non-ferrous metal processing and glass ceramics production industry, all kinds of ores and other materials may be grinding of dry or wet grinding.
Structure & Features
This machine consists of the feeding department, the discharging department, rotary department, transmission department (reducer, small transmission gears, motor, electric control) and other major parts. Hollow shaft with steel castings, lining systems can be, return big gear with cast roll teeth processing, the cylinder body set have wear-resisting lining board, has good abrasion resistance. Working Principle
It is of horizontal, cylindrical and tubular structure. It comes with two cabins and is a grate ball mill. The materials are evenly fed through the charging device to first warehouse where there are step scales boards, corrugated scale boards and different specifications of steel balls. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials.
