YAN DE Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd formerly Da Qing Chemical Factory, established in 1986, was one of the national key chemical enterprises. The company locates at Hei Long Jiang Province Da Qing petrochemical industrial production base, near Da Qing oil field, has registered capital of RMB 0.545 billion Yuan. By the end of 2005, Yan De Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd realized the production volume of PE 400 kt/a, PP 300 kt/a, PVC 400 kt/a, ABS 80 kt/a, PS 100 KT/a, SBR 100KT/a, BR 60KT/a. At the same time, it has established comprehensive chemical manufacturing model. Through close cooperation with national petrochemical production base and mining base in Xin Jiang and Inner Mongolia, Yan De chemical obtains stable supply of raw mineral resources and basic petrochemical materials for deep industrial production.
