Flexible magnetic sheet (flexible magnet/bonded ferrite magnet) is made by mixing ferrite magnet powder with synthetic rubber or plastic (CPE, NBR etc.). It can be easily scissor cut, knife cut, die cut, punched, folded and twisted without damaging the magnetic properties. It doesn't contain hazardous chemicals and any harmful composition to people's health. 

 

It can be used to make promotional magnets, car sign magnets, advertisement magnets, game magnets, office & stationary magnets, educational magnets, toy magnets etc..

 

 The magnetic sheet has a UV hardened coating on magnetized side.

 On non-magnetized side, PVC lamination is available in both matte and gloss, and is suitable for Direct Digital Solvent, Eco-solvent ,UV ink printing, Silk Screen printing, Hot Foil Stamping and Pad printing.

 On non-magnetized side, also all sorts of self-adhesives can be laminated depends on customers’ requests, such as Chinese adhesive,3M, Tesa etc..

 EN 71 part 3, RoHS and REACH standards are passed.

 

Working Temperature: Operation temperature range is recommended from -20°Fto 130°F (-30°C / + 55°C).

Flexibility: At 68°F (20°C), the magnetic sheet can be coiled to a 1/2’’ (12.7mm) radius without cracking. 

Density: 3.5 to 3.8 g/cm3
