Specifications
BVRJ series vacuum tumbler can facilitate meat absorbing brine fully and dissolve protein by tumbling meat repeatedly in tilted drum under vacuum condition. It has set necessary functions for loading, working and discharge operations. The machine can also equipped with vacuum breathing circulation system and vacuum suction devices based on the customers'requirement, which produce the perfect tumbling effect and make the machine easy to operate.
