BNHJ series tenderizer is designed for tenderizing-salted meat by zigzag knife cutting muscles and muscle fibers to get a much larger internal surface to seek a quick and well brine distribution; it shortens tumbling time and improves meat quality.
 
The machine employs two knife shafts, the cutting depth is adjustable. The knife shaft is easy to operate and clean.
 
BNHJ-III tenderizer(tendon cutting machine) is deisgned to tenderize meat or sawed frozen beef steak after injection process. Needle-shaped knives cut the surface of meat to get the larger surface and improve meat quality. The machine adopts stepping drive system with adjustable cutting depth.
