BDGJ series frozen meat cutter is to be used in conjunction with bowl cutter and grinder. It allows large frozen meat material (approximate weight of 25kg and temperature above -18 0C)to be cut into pieces, which can be directively processed on bowl cutter and grinder to minimize meat wastes. It can also have better cutting and emulsifying effects. Processing frozen meat can greatly reduce processing time, material consumption and save space.
This machine can be also used for cutting products such as dried meat etc.
