The operating process is simple: in rest the boom will always move back and away from the cutter thus preventing the anchor hoisting wire from being dredged up.When the wire is tensioned, the boom will move above the anchor to break it out.When the anchor is broken out of the soil, the wires will automatically pull the boom forward tothe new anchor position. After lowering theanchor, the boom will fall back into the resting position.Optionally the anchor boom can be delivered with aslewing winch, so that the boom can also be moved backwards with a load.
