Meat Mincer
BJRJ series meat mincer can grind fresh lump and foods into grains of 3-25mm. There are general (type A) and with tendon removing device(typeB). Type B can remove tendons and bone scraps from meat during grinding, whole tendon removing device,knives and hole-plates are imported from Germany.
This machine is equipped with safety guards on lid and discharge port. It also ensures high speed discharge and low temperature increase. BJRJ-82 meat mincer is only for labs,hotels and restaurants.
Frozen meat mincer
Frozen meat mincer(200D type) can grind large pieces of meat above -15℃ into varied-sized grains and avoid meat loss caused by defrosting. The well grinded grains can meet all kinds of sausage products processing requirements.
The great power of this machine keeps meat discharging in fast-speed. Knives and hole plates are all imported from Germany. It is not only for grinding frozen meat but also for fresh meat by replacement of grinding screw.
