Smoking house
BYXX series smoking house is designed for drying, smoking, cooking, cleaning and so on. It can also be equipped with the device for roasting, spraying, ccoling or sugar smoking according to special requirements.
It has steam heating and electrical heating, PLC control or normal electrical control, there have single or double door structure. Time, temperature and humidity controls ensure temperature balance in house. The well designed heating and smoking circulation systems make the smoke color uniformity, and ensure sanitary of products. Imported electrical elements and control valves are used to make it run smoothly and safely. It satisfies the requirements of HACCP.
Cooling house
Cooling house is specially designed for cooling smoked/steamed hotdog and saugage products, which can reduce processing cycle of saugage. This machine features temperature, time control and other functions. Products will be cooled through cool water spraying and cold-air from external refrigerator.
