Stainless steel sintered mesh is a new type of filter materials with high intensity and rigidity. It is made of multilayer stainless steel wire meshes through special technology of laminating and pressing. It overcomes the disadvantages of low intensity, low rigidity and instability of the metal wire mesh.Stainless steel sintered mesh is widely used in oil, chemical fibre, chemical industry, energy source, aviation, aerospace, environmental protection, medicine and electric power.

This sintered wire mesh can be made with nominal filter ratings ranging from 1 micron to 100 microns. It also maintains a steady filter rating, due to the protective layers and sintering technology used to create it.

Type B Sintered Wire Mesh

This type of sintered wire mesh is made from several layers of square woven wire mesh sintered together. Due to the high porosity of the woven wire mesh, this type has good permeability, low resistance, and high circulation. It is mainly used in the filtration of air and liquids. As there is a wide selection of support layers, this sintered wire mesh can be easily customized to fit customers’ needs.

Type C Sintered Wire Mesh

This type of sintered wire mesh is made from perforated metal sintered together with several layers of wire mesh. Due to the support of the perforated metal, this type of sintered wire mesh has higher resistance to pressure and higher mechanical strength. It is mainly used in water treatment, dust removal, pharmaceuticals, the polymer industry, and the food & beverage industry. Filters made with this type of sintered wire mesh can be produced in tubes, discs, or plates. The thickness and the layers of perforated metal can be customized according to customers’ requirements.
