Ajuga Turkestanica is a Lamiales Lamiaceae Ajuga plant from Central Asia that has 
phytoecdysteroids.It include alpha-ecdysone,2-desoxyecdysterone,ecdysterone,sileneoside A,and turkesterone. This plant was 
apparently used by Soviet athletes for anabolic purposes.
