About our company
We are specialized in manufacturing waste tire, plastic & rubber pyrolysis machine & distillation oil equipment, incidental tyre cut machine, carbon black refining machine and Carbon black granulator machine according to the market and customer requirements. Oil refining machine working process:
Firstly,we put raw materials into reactor by auto-feeder, then heat the reactor with coal/ wood/natural gas / oil. when the temperature reach around 160 degree Celsius, oil gas will produce.
Secondly, liquid oil will be cooled out by cooling system from oil gas,which is collected by oil tank.
Thirdly, the waste gas which can not be cooled out in normal pressure will be recycled to heat reactor,not only saving energy, but also protecting environment.
Fourthly, the black smoke produced by heating reactor can achieve national emission standard through dual depressurization and dusting removal device.
Fifthly, the temperature of reactor will be low after we get oil, at this moment carbon black will be discharged automatically.
Lastly, when the temperature falls to 50 degree Celsius, worker could put steel wire hook to reactor to take steel wire out, then another batch will be begin.

7.Oil refining machine installation:
We will give the foundation drawings to buyer after make the order .we will send engineer when buyer gets the machine. The engineer mainly installs the machine and trains your workers.
8.Oil refining machine covers area:
The machine itself cover 300 square meters (length 20M, Width 15M)
Add raw material stay, carbon black stay, big oil tank zone, workers rest room and simple office. It takes at least 600-800 square meters.
9.How many workers need operate machine?
4 workers is enough for one set machine.
10.Delivery time:
We will delivery the machine within 15-20days after get the advance payment (30% of the total amount).
11. Port (China):
Lianyungang port or Qingdao port
12. Warranty and machine life:
We guarantee the complete machine two years, the reactor life more than 4 years, others parts no need change lifelong expect the wearing parts.
13.The warranty and after-service:
1) We will supply the foundation drawings to buyer after get deposit.
2) The delivery time is 15-20 days after get deposit.
3) We will send engineers to install the machine when the machine reach buyer's factory.
4) We warranty the complete machine two years, we will maintenance all it life. When the machine can not running normal, the buyer can call us, we will help buyer repair it by call, if can not solve, we will send engineer to buyer's factory at the shortest time. If buyers need change parts, you can buy it from our factory.
