Boots Washer

BXXQ series boots is used for cleaning and disinfection of boots in food processing plants.

BXXQ-I boots washer is specially designed for washing and sterilizing single boot of workers when entering the workshop. When washing, just press the button on the handle, and clean sterilizing liquid will be sprayed out through the nozzle beside hairbrush, while three rotating hairbrushes began to clean two sides and bottom of boots.

BXXQ-II boots washer has a high pressure spraying system, which would spray water and detergent mixture onto boots. Two rotating brushes would ensure the cleanness of boots' bottom.

BXXQ-III boots washer applies the aisle structure. The sensor will set on the spraying system as people walk through. Water and detergent mixture will be sprayed on to the boots. The boots are cleaned by the five rotating brushes.

 

Box Washer

BXXJ box washer is used for automatic cleaning of plastic box, storage disk and ham mould as well as surface cleaning of sterilizing package bags.

This series machine has three structures: single pump, double pumps and three pumps. It is equipped with washer temperature control system and steam heating system which can be changed into electricity heating according to the requirements of customers. It is also equipped with circulation water filtering, high pressure spraying, automatic transmitting system, anti-spilling devices.

 

Boots dryer

BGXQ-15 boots dryer is used for drying and disinfection of the boots. It applies heating elements and ozone disinfection to sterilizing with hot air drying. This equipment can sterilize the bacteria effectively and prevent them form re-birth.

 

Box Dryer

BGXJ-I box dryer applies vibration, steam heating system (or electricity heating), high pressure air curtain and circulation blower structure. It and dry the plastic box after cleaned by box washer. According to different conveyor structure, it could be used for automatic cleaning of storage sink and ham mould as well as surface cleaning of sterilizing package bag.

 

Knife disinfector

BDXQ knife disinfector and knife disinfection cupboard are mainly used for disinfect knives of meat processing. There are special necessary devices to meeting with sanitation requirement and keeping from cross-contamination.

 

Hand washer

BXSP series hand washer are made of stainless steel, especially the BXSP-II can disinfect knives while hand washing. It's necessary equipment to meeting with sanitation requirement for meat processing industry and keeping from cross-contamination.
