This machine is suitable for desiccation and
sterilization of the penicillin bottle, ampoule bottle,aluminium cap, solid
material, and suitable for the sterilization of the glassware and metal ware
pieces.

Working
Principle
|
Put
the materials into the workroom of the oven, close the door and make it
airproof. Start intelligent temperature controller system. The circulation
fan works and heating system opens that the temperature in the oven rise
quickly. Under the function of the hot air centrifugal fan, dry hot air enter
into the workroom through the effective filter passage convection wall. Under
the function of the microporous adjusting convection wall, form a uniform
distributing hot air layer. Hot dry air absorb the moisture of the materials'
surface and transfer to the hot humid air. The hot humid air go into the
heating passage from the other side of the air flue in the cabinet to
evaporate and exhaust automatically from the humidity-discharging device. The
dry hot air circulate directionally under the function of the air blower. The
vapour exhaust automatically from the humidity-discharging device.

Along with the extension of the
soak time, the moisture of the materials decreased gradually(At the same
time. the fresh filtered air supplement after from the clearance inlets. It
is slightly negative pressure state in the cabinet.). After the constant temperature
drying sterilization, the heating system closes and the forced cooling fans
open and feed the filtered fresh clear air into the cabinet(At the same time,
the forced hydrofuge fans open and shorten the cooling time). When the
temperature in the cabinet ≤40℃( or close to the indoor
temperature), the working process stops. And the sound and light hints. Open
the door and discharge.

Structural features
|
1. The inside and outside oven are made of the
high quality stainless steel. The apperance is flat and level without
scratch. The inside tank is welded with argon arc densely and polished
precisely. There is arc angle production all around the tank without dead corner which can be cleaned
easily.

2.The convection walls are punched mechanically
with microporous adjustment. By adjusting the vent flow, to make the heating
distribute averagely.
|
3 .There are one set of each forced cooling
machine and forced moisture removing machine in the oven. When the oven enter
the cooling process, the temperature can descend down in very short time to
save time and improve the working effect.
|
4. There are far infrared ray heat tubes which
heat up very fast with long service life.
|
5. There are double doors in both front and
back with interlock device. When one door is open, the other door can not
open. It can cut off the cross-ventilation between the bacterium aera and
aseptic area.
|
6. The equipment control system is intelligent
temperature controller and temperature recorder. They are advanced and
sensitive. The moisture removal temperature and time, constant temperature
and cooling temperature can be set once before start the machine.

Production technical requirements
|
1. The oven housing is made of dull film faced plywood stainless steel. The
shell is plug welded. The surface is smooth and beautiful without soldering,
burr and concave. The flatness is 3/1000mm.
|
2. The box reinforcement is made of angle steel ∠50×50×5mm and channel steel 6.3#.
The welding is firm.
|
3. The oven tank is made of high quality
stainless steel SUS3042B δ1.5mm. The inside tank is welded with argon arc
densely and polished precisely. There is arc angle production all around the
tank and burnished precisely. The
surface is falt and smooth without dead corner which can be cleaned easily.

4. The insulating layer is 150mm thick and filled
with excellent high temperature resistent aluminosilicate fiber which have
good heat preservation performance. The oven surface temperature is less than
10℃ higher than the
environment temperature.
|
5. The wind direction is horizontal parallel flow
from side to side.
|
6. There are adjustable convection walls which
are made of SUS3042B δ1.2mm on the
both sides of the cabinet. The convection walls adopt with the double layer
multiblock dislocation microporous regulation with even oblong holes on the
surface. The oblong holes are CNC punched. The surface is flat without rags
and polished. The convection is express installed considering the easy
cleaning and discharging for other reasons during design. It can be installed
and discharged conveniently even without any tool. Through adjusting the
input and output of the air flow between the two convection walls, the
temperature in the tank is uniform. The temperature difference inside ±3℃ under no-load condition.

7. The left side in the oven is hot air-intake duct. It is
allocated with hot air flow rounded strake. In this case, the hot air can
pass the air duct convection wall and go into the workroom averagely after
forming the air pressure which can makre sure the hot air even. The air
pressure is 1500pa. The air flow is 2300m3/h. The air speed is 2m/s.

8. The right side between the tank and the
convection wall is return airway. There are
allocated with hot wind deflector in the passage which can keep the
hot air go back to the return airway horizontally and effectively when return
to prevent the low temperature in at the right bottom of the workroom during
return.

9. Installing a long axis centrifugal fan whose
fan blades are made of stainless steel 304 δ6.0mm and δ3.0mm in the top of
the tank with a volute to feed the hot air into the passage. There is air
volume adjustment plate on the volute to let the hot air uniformly. The power
of the long axis centrifugal fan is 1.5KW. The air pressure is 1500pa. The
air speed is10m/s. The seal between the fan shaft and the tank is mechanical
stainless steel seal to prevent the dust into the tank. There are aluminum
thermal on the fan shaft to prevent the temperature in the tank from
transferring to the motor and burning out the motor.

10. There is a forced cooling fan at the cooling
inlet on the top. The power is 0.37KW. The cooling fan can feed the fresh air into the tank in the short
time to cool the materials quickly to save time and improve the effeciency.

11. There is a forced moisture removing fan at the
moisture outlet on the top. The power is 0.25KW. It can prevent the air flow
back effectively and stop the dust outside to go into the tank to reach the
clean requirement.

12. There are double doors in both front and back

13. The heating elements are U shape far infrared
ray heat tubes which heat up very fast with long service life. They are
installed in the air passage on the top. The heating power is 12KW. There are
light indicators on the front and back doors with over temperature alarm.

14. The door seals adopt the hight temperature
resistant edible silicone rubber which seals very good. They can be used for
long time at 300℃.
|
15.The wind circulation system, ventilation
system, intake system and door interlock device are all installed on the top.
The electrical apparatus control system is installed on the right side of the
oven. They are all closed.
|
16. The
control system is intelligent temperature controller. The ventilationl temperature and time,
constant temperatureand time, and stopping temperature are set at one time.
After starting, the oven control will work according to the set programme
until the workroom or the oven stops. This can make sure the control
requirement. The operation is simple. The construction is compact. The
application is convenient.

17. There is a small and long diagram digital
temperature recorder to record the whole process and print the temperature
variation condition of the entire work-in-progress.
