Modular bag dust collectors enable us to install a dust collector like building with blocks. The modular bag dust collector can be a single module with 72 bags or multi modules with unlimited bags. Each module contains 72 bags and available in 6 heights. The needle felt bag lengths are for 2000mm, 2500mm, 3000mm, 3500mm, 4000mm and 4500mm as well as pleated bags. Since they are constructed from a combination of basic modules, there is almost no limit to the size of the collector.

· Quickest erection of system. Components of each modular are finished and installed in factory. What you have to do is to blot the flanges of each modular together. No welding work is required on site.

· Flexible designed structure. Each modular is available in different height to accommodate different airflow. Inlet and outlet are special designed to achieve optimal airflow.

· Down flow entry style using gravity to utmost reduce the dust load on bags

· Deflector plate in the inlet to knocks down larger particles into the hopper reducing bag abrasion ·

Standard full enclosed weather hood to protect the pulse jet control system from rain and storm
