We have utilized a wide range of raw materials, including wood fiber, rice hull, cotton stick, hemp, baggase, PE, PP, ABS, and PVC. We can make solid, high density solid, foamed, and co-extruded WPC.

We are the first and only company in the world to use computer-aided engineering (CAE) tools to develop our machinery, including extruders and dies, we manufacture WPC products at profitable speeds, at the lowest cost and highest tolerance and quality. Our systems make products up to five times faster than others’ systems. We always consider the interaction between extruder screws and dies, and design them together.
