Performance characteristics:

Representative grade of high-chromium bearing steel. Excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, good hardenability, having high and uniform hardness after quenching and tempering. Well abrasion resistance and long contact fatigue life. Both thermal deformation properties and machinability are very good ,but not fit for welding,sensitive for the white spots forming. Having a tendency of temper brittlement .

Usage: 

1. To make all kinds of bearing rings with thickness is 12 mm, outer diameter is 250 mm;

2. Used for rolling element like steel ball, tapered roller, quill roller ;

3. Applying to the mould, precision measure implement;

4. Other mechanical parts need high abrasion resistance, elastic limit and long contact fatigue life.
