3. Working Principle
When large materials get into machine, materials are crushed by hammer and stopped by material screening bracket. So it not only reduces the contact area of the materials and hammer, but also avoids the sudden infarction of the rotor. Impacted materials crush each other in crushing chamber. Stones overflow from straight screen or fall into crushing chamber. Then stones are once again impacted by hammer and become finished stones. Finally, they are discharged from arc plate. The coarse crushing process improves the material running speed, so that the materials hit each other. The machine realizes full function of pounding, counterattacking, impacting (stone-beating-stone crushing), improves the crushing effect, and controls the vulnerability of consumption. It's widely used in high-grade highways, high-rise buildings and other industries.
