Wecon hmi featured software functions:

 

1) payment by instalments
* supported up to 12 groups of payment by instalment
* The system will notify user,when the paying date is arrived
* The HMI and PLC will be locked,until the user input the correct paying code

2) hmi Webserver
* The manager can visit and modify PLC,HMI data,production records and alarm information via browsers on a manager's pc.

3) Multi-computer interconnect
* Multi-computer interconnect mode is available on Wecon HMI.Wecon developed. MultiLinkF protocol can support up to 255 slaves. RS485 and ethernet are supported and all the plc protocols are applied to MultiLinkF protocol.

4) hmi Formula function
* Formulas are available for import and output.The user can import formulas from SD card,USB disk or flash to control the data. The format of formula is compatible with CSV file format of Windows and Excel.The user can add or delete the selected formulas.

5) hmi SMS control
* Wecon SMS controller GRM200 is the slave of MODBUS,and MODBUS is the slave of Wecon HMI.Wecon HMI and GRM200 connected via 485 bus.GRM200 inserterted by mobile SIM card,so that the user can receive and send SMS.The user can check the status or control via SMS. And alarm via SMS is available too.

6) OPencan function
*  All the can protocal is supported on wecon hmi.Customize to can protocal is available.

7) Data recording

* All the alarm records,incidents record can be saved.The format for saving is CSV,the use can save it as Excel. If the HMI supports ethernet, then user can transfer the records on internet.The user can save the records to SD card USB disk and the other devices,the supported maximum SD card is 4G.
