Brief introduction: 

Since 2008, we achieved the manufacturing license to manufacture coal mine EX electric hoist, coal mine EX chain hoist, coal mine EX single girder overhead crane, double girder overhead crane, and coal mine gantry crane, which are all certified by “MA” certificate. At present, we’re the sole manufacturer of “MA” cranes in China.

 

Unique features: 

(1)   All electrical components are specially design for the coalmine using, which all have “MA” certificate; such as Coalmine EX motors, coalmine Ex electrical box, coalmine Ex limit switches, etc.  

(2) Mechanical parts are also of strict Explosion proof measures, adopting explosion-proof or fire proof materials--

     a) Hook head has stainless steel packed; 

     b) Wheel treads adopt stainless steel; 

     c) The rope mouth of rope guider & hook pulley all adopt copper material; 

     d) Chain hoist’s chain pulleys, clutch disc all adopt stainless steel.
