Dismantling Joint is applicable for the pipeline which joints with flange on the both sides. During the installation, adjust the installation length to the flange on the both sides, screw the gland bolts firmly one by one, and then weld the short pipes with the pipe as a whole with somewhat displacement. Double Flange Dismantling Joint is convenient to adjust the size on the spot when install and maintain later. Double Flange Dismantling Joint can delivery axial power to the whole pipe when operating.
Dismantling joint is a double flanged fitting that allows longitudinal adjustment in flange pipe systems. It has been developed to provide greater flexibility at both planning and installation stages of flanged pipework systems and subsequent maintenance.
Double Flange Dismantling Joint is widely used in water supply and drainage, recycled water, air conditioning and heating, ship, water pump, and compressor, etc.
Double Flange Dismantling Joint is low cost vibration and deflection absorption in fluid conveyance pipes. The bellow consists of two symmetrical connecting end, either threaded unions for small nominal bores or flanged ends for large nominal bore pipelines.

For applications where a full-face flange is required,i.e. wafer and butterfly valves, the flange of the spigot piece provides a full flange sealing area.

The flange adaptor and flange spigot are well coated, providing excellent protection from transport, storage, site and corrosion damage. The nuts and bolts are also perfectly coated, offering long term protection against corrosion.
c) Ultimate Sealing Capability
The EPDM gasket is compressed independently of the tie rods with the sealing capability secured as soon as the fasteners reach required torque.

Harnessing is accommodated within the bolt circle, eliminating other complex anchoring systems and reducing space requirements.

Hence it is widely used in power, metallurgy, drainage and sewage disposal to connect pump, valve and pipe, etc. It also has some multi-directional displacement during pipes' operation so as to release blind plate propulsion and protect pipes, especially it makes it easy to install and maintain pipes. However , force-transferring joints shall be used on the pipe corner and pump exit, because ,the joints can transfer blind plate propulsion from pump start to pump and pipe through force-transferring bolt and prevent pull to centralize close to pipe or pump or damage equipment by impact force.
