Main Composition:
Complex substance of low viscous mineral oil, surfactant and special additives.

Properties and Features:
1. Low surface tension with excellent penetration and spreading, can be absorbed by filament quickly and evenly, it is easy to control filament oil content. Low temperature-viscosity correlation.
2. Good bundle-collection, making single threads assemble together.
3. Easy to be emulsified and cleaned up before dyeing to avoid affecting dyeing and finishing.
4. Excellent property of anti-static, can avoid giving birth to static during unwinding and weaving process.
5. Excellent properties of low oil splashing, preventing oil dropping and oil mist thus to maintain the cleanness of DTY machine and ambience
6. Low volatility, good and anti-cohesion. Not ready yellowing when stored in room.
7. Performs good anti-splashing property, No oil dirty occur during production process. F-702B has better anti-splashing effect than TF-702.
Application:
Suitable for filament oiling of DTY machine with process speed above 700m/min and all kinds of draw and texturing yarn , draw and textured interlaced yarn and colored yarn. For excellent anti-static, this product is specially suitable process for porous fine denier DTY(dpf is bellow 1 dtex).
Application Process:
Can be used directly, no additives are needed, added to filament by lick roller or nozzle. Perfect oil content is available through adjusting.
Packing & Storage:
170kg in one iron drum, can be stored for 6 months under room temperature and hermetic condition.

Caution:
1. Do not mix with water and exposed under burning sun.
2. In order to achieve normal effect remember to use diaphragm-pump.
3. Caution when transship, avoiding container leaking.
4. Suggest apply positive displacement pump to transfer the coning oil.
