Properties and fields of application

-- Suitable for stripping of VAT, sulfur and reactive dyestuffs.

-- Compared with traditional process, easily strips dyestuffs on fabrics with even performance and does not damage fibres.

-- Free of formaldehyde and APEO and complies with environmental requirements.

 

Application

-- High concentration product and can be diluted 1.5-2 times.

-- Padding (steam tank)

HTstrip HB:                      10-15 g/L

Sodium hydrosulfite:         30-35 g/L

NaOH:                             30-35 g/L

Time:                               2-3 min at steaming

-- Dipping (jig dyeing machine)

  HTstrip HB:                      2-4 g/L

  Sodium hydrosulfite:         3-5 g/L

  NaOH:                             3-5 g/L

  Temperature & time:         95-100℃ × 60 min

 

Packing and storage

-- Packing:                           125 kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage:                           12 months in sealed container at room temperature
