Brief information

-- Helps dyestuffs migrate from high concentration to low concentration or liquor at high temperature and pressure, which is suitable for brewing, leveling and stripping of polyester with disperse dyestuffs.

-- Compound of special polyether surfactants and solvents.

HTtex G:                          0.5-1.5 g/L

Bath ratio:                         1: 10-20

Temperature & time:          125-130℃ × 20-40 min

-- Stripping

HTtex G:                          1-3 g/L

Sodium hydrosulfite:          3-5 g/L

NaOH:                              3-8 g/L

Bath ratio:                         1: 10 -20

Temperature & time:          125-130℃ × 20-40 min

-- Levelling

Disperse dyestuff:             X%

HTtex G:                          0.5-1.0 g/L

pH:                                  5

Bath ratio:                         1: 20

Temperature & time:          125-130℃ × 20 -40 min
