-- 1% pH:                                   6- 8%

 

Properties and fields of application

-- Completely removes unfixed dyes to obtain high fastness and brightness of fabrics at mild acid situation.

-- Compared with traditional alkali reduction, easier rinse that saves water.

-- for pale shades or pale dyeing liquor, only HTtex 2187 and pH adjustment is required, which save energy and water.

-- Easy operation while the best application pH is 3-4.5 and temperature is above 90.

 

Application

-- Suitable for reduction cleaning of polyester and its blends with disperse dyestuffs.

-- HTtex 2187:                            2-4g/L

--Acetic acid:            1-3G/L

Adjust pH to 3 4 with acetic acid Run 10 20 min at 95 98 Drain Hot & cool rinse

-- Note: HTtex 2187 is a reduction agent that can not contact oxidants, and specific process should be adjusted by testing.
