-- Special macromolecule amino silicone micro-emulsion.

-- Appearance:                      colourless or pale transparent liquid

-- Ionicity:                          weakly cationic

-- pH:                                 5 – 7

-- Solubility:                         easily soluble in water

-- Stability:                           stable to diluted acid/alkali, electrolytes and hard water

 

Properties and fields of application

-- Excellent softness and smoothness to cotton, linen, polyester, wool and other fibres.

-- Confers better smooth and soft hand feels to polyester fabrics.

-- Confers better soft and elastic hand feels to porous cotton fabrics.

-- Obvious obviously soft performance to polyester fabrics at low dosage.

 

Application

-- Dilutes HTcone 3162 to standard product. Firstly adds HTcone 3162 to reactor or stirring drum and starts stir, then adds water and stirs 10 – 15 minutes slowly while each water addition should be one tenth of HTcone 3162. Then the HTcone 3162 liquid will be thick and keeps adding water and stirring until it can flow as normal water. Then add the leaving water to required concentration.

-- Dipping:                           1.0 – 4.0% (O.W.F)

-- Padding:                           10 – 40 g/L

 

Packing and storage

-- Packing:                           125 kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage:                           6 months in sealed container at room temperature
