Brief information

-- Easy operated auxiliary for moisture absorption and perspiration discharge finish of cotton, polyester and their blends.

 

Main composition

-- Polyester and polyether copolymer.

 

General properties

-- Appearance:                      milky white or beige emulsion

-- Ionicity:                           nonionic

-- pH:                                  6 – 7

-- Solubility:                         soluble in water in any proportion

 

Properties and fields of application

-- Wide application range for pad-dry-cure process and one-bath dyeing at high temperature.

-- Confers polyester and its blends an easy decontamination and durable air & moisture permeability and accelerates moisture absorption and perspiration discharge speed.

-- Negligible influence on shades.

-- Prevents crease marks of polyester in one-bath dyeing and finishing in overflow dyeing machine, as well as confers bulky and soft hand feels.

-- Especially suitable for fabrics as knitted sports wear, socks, etc.

 

Application

-- One-bath dyeing at high temperature and high pressure

HTtex 8868:                      2 – 4%

HTtex 8868 should be added before other auxiliaries and dyestuffs.

-- Padding:                           10 – 40 g/L

Twice dip & pad, dry at 90℃ and cure 30 – 60 seconds at 170℃.

 

Packing and storage

-- Packing:                           25 or 125 kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage:                           12 months in sealed container

-- HTtex 8868 may freeze at low temperature, and it should be heated to 40℃ before use. Then it can be used as normal.
