-- Compatibility:                   use with cationic and nonionic auxiliaries in one bath

 

Properties and fields of application

-- Mainly for denim washing plant that improves hand feels and wearability from over-soft.

-- Improves stiffening with 3 in 1 resin which sharply reduces amount of eco resin.

-- Suitable for anticreasing, antishrinkage and stiffening of synthetic fibres and their blends.

-- None-toxic and free of APEO & NPEO that complies with environmental requirement.

 

Application

-- Individual use

HTtex 8139:                      3 – 10% (O.W.F)

pH:                                  4.5 – 6.5

Temperature & time:          40℃ × 5 – 15 min

-- Compound with 3 in 1 resin

HTtex 8139:                      10 – 20% (O.W.F)

Pure resin:                        70 – 80% (O.W.F)

Temperature:                     approx. 40℃

 

Note

-- Wash before finishing is required because the residual alkali in denim and pH in bath will affect performance.

-- Though HTtex 8139 is compatible with most cationic and nonionic auxiliaries, it is suggested to test the compatibility before mixed use. The solution stability will also be affected in extreme condition.

Packing and storage

-- Packing:                           125 kg/polyethylene drum

-- Storage:                           6 months in sealed container at room temperature
