Micro-sculpturing Gourd is one miracle among Chinese folk art, was created by folk artist in Linxia county, north-west of China in 1892. It is made for calligraphy, painting and sculpturing. The artists express what they want to by adopting the technique of sculpturing, shoveling, scraping and polishing on the gourd skin.
