IHG vertical inline chemical pump is single-stage, single suction and vertical centrifugal pumps. It is designed according to the international standard ISO2858 and manufactured according to the international standard JB/T6878.2-93. IHG vertical inline chemical pump is combined with our company for many years production experience and the design of the second generation of energy efficient products. IHG vertical inline chemical pump is the complement for IH and FB chemical pump. IHG vertical pipeline chemical centrifugal pump is divided into basic type, distributor type and incision type. Based on the different medium and temperature, the flow part adopts the stainless steel, therefore it can already replace the importing stainless steel centrifugal pump everywhere.

Characteristics:

IHG vertical inline chemical pump is vertical configuration. The inlet and outlet has same diameter. It is in the same center line, with merits if compact appearance, low construction investment. IHG vertical pipeline chemical centrifugal pump can be combined with shield for outdoor usage. An impeller directly installed on the motor's extended shaft, short size of the axial, pump and reasonable configuration motor bearing, therefore it can effectively balance the pump operation generated by radial and axial load, thus ensuring a smooth running pump, low noise of vibration, without dismantling piping system, only discharge pump conjoined Block nut can extract all the rotor components. We can adopt pump string or parallel operation mode in accordance with the requirements of pipeline layout. It is divided into basic type, distributor type and incision type. The stainless steel material : 304,316,316L.

 

Application:

IHG vertical pipeline chemical pumps, for delivery of non-solid particles, corrosive, liquid that the viscosity is similar to water, is applied to the petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, power, papermaking, pharmaceutical and food sectors such as synthetic fiber. The transmitted medium temperature should be between 20 degrees centigrade to 120 degrees centigrade.
