Extrusion press is applied to the hot extrusion processing for metal materials.

Metalwk can design and produce direct extrusion press and indirect extrusion press in different tonnages, which can be classified into single action extrusion (without piercing system) and double action extrusion (with piercing system) etc.  They are all can be fit for extrusion process of non-ferrous metal, ferrous metal and refractory metal depending on the demands.
 

Our company has the particular technology of single action extrusion press realizing seamless pipe extrusion. After reforming, the seamless pipe extrusion process can be achieved on single action extrusion press to make the old single action extrusion press realize the piercing function of double action extrusion press.
