It is specially designed for self-adhesive labels on round glass bottles. 

Stick 2 labels on the round bottle: one the bottle body front, one on the back, the third one on the bottle neck.

Bottles are conveyed to the machine in equal space and pass the photo-sensor, which send single to the label roller and stick the label on the bottle.

Adjust the height and size of the label freely.

Label width 50-160mm; label mistake tolerance: height ±5mm, diameter: ±1mm

The quality of the bottle should be consistent with the GB4544, QB2142-95 and QB659’s provisions.

Requirement to the label paper:

62g white glassine paper, high density, good internal strength and light transmission, not easy to tear, good die-cutting.
