Process: The wire mesh is weaved by the machine which is imported from Janpan, have different types including Plain weaving,Twill Weaving,Dutch Weaving(PW) ,Dutch Weaving (TW).

The first example:P400-316L-0.07mm1M*30M (stainless steel wire mesh of plain weave)

 

The “P” mean “Plain weave”;the “400″ mean “MESH 400″;the “316L” mean the material of the products;the “0.07mm” mean the diameter of the wire;the “1m” mean the width;the”30m”mean the length.

 

The second exmple:2 X100-304-0.1 1M*30M (stainless steel wire mesh TWILL WEAVE)

 

The “X”mean “twill weave”, “100″ means mesh100, “304”means the material of the product , “0.1mm”means the diameter of the wire is 0.10.mm, “1M”means the width , “30M”means the length.

 

The third sample3P100-CN-0.05 1M*30M (this belongs to the special material,it is pure NIckel)

 

The“CN”means the material of the products is pure nickel; N 99.5% is the Abbrevation pure Nickel 99.5%.
