1 Touch Screen

2 UPS (uninterrupted power supply) Device

The UPS supplies a memory function for the machine to continue the knitting, which is stopped because of power failure, after the power is restored, it avoids the waste of yarn and time without any knitting problem.

3. Scissors and Nips

Scissors and clips are to snip off the yarn between pieces, thus reducing the waste of yarn and avoiding damages of products.

4 .Electric Control Cabinet

Advance design and technique are adopted on the electrical system. All the electrical equipments are placed in the cabinet to avoid reduce electromagnetic interface. The pivotal electrical components on the machine are purchased form world famous companies; others are from domestic or joint venture companies. Thus the machine can work long-lastingly and stably.

5. Foundation of Needle Bed

6.Racking

When knitting some structure like twisting and missing, the table can accurately control the whole process with a changefully torque, high speed and accurate positioning. Also, when knitting different designs with varied yarns, the moving speed of the table can be finely tuned by automatic program to a best quality.

7. Isolation Transformer

As isolation transformer is a kind of safe power supply with functions like lightning protector and filter, in ensures that the machine goes well and the operation staff will be safe by isolating the electric voltage.

8. Back-door Safety Device

When you open the back door, the safety device will alarm and make the machine stop. On such occasion, even you restart the machine; it will not work until the back door is closed to guarantee the operator's safety.

9. Front-door Infrared Safety Device

This very human safety device protects the operator's safety at any time and avoids accidents from wrong operations or machine errors.

10. Emergency Stop

The machine adopts emergency stop mechanism, when errors happen or daily maintenance, just press the red button instead of turning off the general supply, thus being simple and safe.

11. Cam

The most delicate, stable and popular head among most of the current domestic flat machine manufacturer at present, is installed in our machine. Casted in our aluminum alloy, the head is lighter, thus to reduce the inertie, decrease energy consumption and increase the running speed.

12. Comb Device

Under subdivision control of torque motor, the comb device can meet different force's requirements of the textile to make them more beautiful and well proportioned. Also, when running a new distance, the comb can effectively reduce waste yarn, cut down the cost of production and increase efficiency.

13. Yarn Storage Device

The efficiently full-automatic yarn storage device between, the bobbin and the knitting system well shorten the stoke, thus reduce the resistance of yarns. With the function of automatic yarn storage, the machine is able to alarm the circs of broken yarn, thus greatly guaranteeing the quality of textiles.

14. Positive Yarn Storage

Positive yarn storage could reduce resistance while the yarn is moving, is suitable for fabric with lack of elasticity and brittleness such as cashmere yarn, rabbit hair yarn.
