Mold construction description: HOT runner system with SUB gate, 2 plates, 2sliders, and many micros ribs and shut off area. Many size tolerances are no more than +/-0.02mm,the section thickness of the ribs is 0.8*0.8mm,which is very difficult to EDM and polish.all shut off area can not have any flash.

 

This part has very high appearance and size requirements, the defect showed below will not be acceptable, for example, weld line, Dark Sport, Sliver Marks, Gas Trap Effect, Visible Ejector Marks,Deformation,Short shot Filling, Burnt Streaks, Sink Marks,Flash,Over dimension, Under dimension, Stress Crack etc. Moreover, the product finishing surface must meet the requires more than SPI-SPE B-2.
