*Carry film(coed#MAF-20) is used for transfer graphics and position to the decoration place.
*Cut film(coed#MAF-30) is used for cutting small graphics.

Applications Instructions
Step 1.
Print the graphics. Set heat settings of your printer to 30o -35o C. Other settings refer to the instructions issued by the manufacturer of the ink jet printer.

Step 2.
Contour cut the graphics. Recommened cut settings {speed 10-30, Press 40-50, offset 0.3}. Set cut pressure according to condition of cutting blade and results. Due to the product is thin and stretchable, using a newer blade to achieve the best quality results. After cutting, remove all unwanted material excess from the grahics by weeding.

Step 3.
Laminate the target graphics by carry film. Ensure the film is applied from the center out, without air bubbles. Carry and position the graphic in the desire location of the garment and presse for 20-25 seconds.

Step 4.
Heat press. { Temperature: 165o C; Time: 15 seconds} Then, remove the carry film at a sharp angle to ensure that the graphic is not distorted or stretched in the process. Allow at least 5-30 minutes for the ink on the printed surface to dry completely. Using a t-shirt clamshell heat press and preheat to180o C. Use firm pressure for Heat temperature and time may vary according to the fabric's thickness and make-up.

Step 5.
Applique complet. The garments are ready to wear etc.

Wash instructions
Wash garments inside out to protect the heat trasfer appplique.
Use gentle wash cycle setting in washing machine.
Use a mild soap and do not bleach.
To dry by low heat, tumble setting or hang dry to extend the applique's durability.
Machine washing and drying will shorten the life of the graphics.

Storage Conditions
Handle with care to prevent surface contamination that may affect the printable surface.
In a environment of 60o-80o (15o-25o C) and 30-70% Relative humidity(non-condensing)
Keep in cool dry area with original packaging without any sunligth.
Clean and relatively dust-free.
If storage conditions are beyond recommended operating ranges, allow the material to acclimate to the production environment
